Your patients have a greater share of trusted voice than you can amass through conventional media. Your brand becomes what they deem it to be-great, poor or otherwise. Your patients are empowered with electronic TRUSTED relationships. They broadcast and ask for feedback from their relationships at a moment’s notice. • Measure - # of blog visitors, Facebook fans or LinkedIn recommendations

The New Purchase Cycle:
• Check with trusted friends for their opinions
• Simultaneously use Search – typically Google –although Bing will continue to grow
• Visit a brand’s website and form an opinion
• Check forums to see what others are saying
• Circle back to network for final decision
